In 2017, Institutional Investor ranked George among the top 3 CFOs in the Media Industry as part of its All-America Executive team rankings. Prior, he held leadership roles in finance, strategy and operations at The New York Times, Praxair, Time Warner and HBO. He received his MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business. He currently serves as the National Board Chair of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

In 2018, Forbes named Michelle one of the 10 Most Powerful Women in Sports. She also was featured on the Adweek 50 list, which highlights the leading executives in Media, Marketing and Technology, and named one of Sports Illustrated’s 10 Most Influential Women in Sports. Prior, Michelle served as the Chief Marketing Officer of the United States Tennis Association, oversaw all marketing efforts for the launch of the original XFL, a partnership between WWE and NBC, and held consumer products and brand management positions at the NBA and Nabisco, respectively. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School.

With more than 20 years of mergers and acquisitions experience across several industries, Winston served as Managing Director and Head of Telecom Investment Banking at Stephens Inc. Previously, he was with UBS Investment Bank for 17 years, where he served as a Managing Director in Mergers & Acquisitions focusing on the Technology, Media and Telecom industries. During his time at UBS, he spent several years in their Hong Kong office, helping bolster the firm’s M&A practice in the region. Over his career, Winston has advised on more than $100 billion of domestic and crossborder transactions, including advising Advance/Newhouse on the sale of Bright House Networks to Charter Communications, advising The Orchard on the sale to Sony Music Entertainment and advising Virgin Media on the sale of its stake in UKTV to Scripps Network Interactive. He has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Derek Chang is a global media, sports, and entertainment executive. He was named one of the “Top 100 Executives in Cable” by Cablefax Magazine, and “50 Most Influential People in Sports Business” by Sports Business Journal. Mr. Chang previously served as Chief Executive Officer for NBA China, Head of International Lifestyle Channels and Managing Director, Asia Pacific at Scripps Networks Interactive, and Executive Vice President, Content Strategy & Development at DirecTV.

Barbara Daniel has been Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy at SiriusXM since 2015. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for SiriusXM Canada and SoundCloud. Ms. Daniel previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Treasurer at E*TRADE Financial and Chief Financial Officer at CIFC Asset Management.

Jacqueline Hernández is a global strategist, brand builder and change agent. Ms. Hernández is Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder of New Majority Ready LLC. Perkins Miller is an e-commerce & media tech executive. He has broad experience launching and operating complex ventures, including large-scale ecommerce, major media tech, and pure start-ups. Mr. Miller is the Chief Executive Officer of Fandom. Previously, Mr. Miller served as General Manager of North America and Americas at StubHub, Chief Digital Officer and Head of Media Operations at NFL, and Executive Vice President of Digital Media at WWE.

Dan Reed is a global sports and media executive with 20 years of experience driving innovation in disruptive environments. He was named among the “50 Most Influential People in Sports Business” by Sports Business Journal. Mr. Reed is Vice President of Global Sports and Media Partnerships at Facebook. He previously served as President of NBA G League and Management Consultant at Kearney.

John Rose is a consultant to a broad set of technology, media, and telecommunications companies. He led a multiyear effort with the World Economic Forum to define and address issues and opportunities related to big data. Mr. Rose is a Managing Director and Senior Partner (Media sector) at Boston Consulting Group. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Corp Dev, New Media, Industry and Government Affairs, and Global Asset Management at EMI; and Director and Co-leader of the Global Media and Entertainment Practice at McKinsey & Company.
